1 Wholesale Allocations & MOQs
All wholesale container supplies of roasted and plain makhana are subject to crop seasonal availability and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) conditions. Pricing quotes are issued as FOB (Free on Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) depending on specific custom logistics routes.
2 Private Label & Spice Formulations
Custom flavor recipes, seasoning sprays, and packaging mockups generated in our R&D laboratory remain under co-ownership agreements until contracts are officially finalized. Customers must ensure their custom retail graphics comply with food safety packaging rules in their destination markets.
3 Shipping & Logistics Coordinates
Dispatch dates from our processing facilities in Bihar, India are estimated schedules and may be impacted by agricultural custom clearings or international sea port delays. Customers are responsible for securing proper import clearances and duty entries for agricultural goods in their destination ports.
4 Dispute Resolutions
Any trade dispute arising from bulk contracts will be settled through arbitration under the jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar, India. For clarification regarding sourcing conditions, please contact your account coordinator directly.
